Ms. Suvangana Agarwal is an Associate with the firm, specializing in arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. Since 2019, she has been extensively involved in advising and representing clients in high-value and complex disputes arising out of infrastructure, construction, and engineering contracts. Her experience spans both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, including those governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as well as related court proceedings under Sections 9, 11, 14, 34, and 37 of the Act.
