Mallika Luthra is an Associate at ASV Legal LLP and is part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. She holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.
Mallika has a vast experience in civil and commercial disputes and regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT and NCLAT.
Prior to joining ASV Legal LLP, she worked with leading advocates, including Advocates-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India, wherein she was involved in drafting and reviewing pleadings such as Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Transfer Petitions and Suits on the Original side of the Delhi High Court.
