Rishabh Bafna

Rishabh Bafna is an Associate (A-1) at ASV Legal LLP, with over three years of experience in litigation and legal advisory. He is enrolled as an Advocate with effect from 19 September 2022. Rishabh has extensive exposure to practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various tribunals. Prior to joining ASV Legal LLP, he worked with leading advocates, including an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India, where he was involved in drafting and reviewing pleadings such as Special Leave Petitions, writ petitions, transfer petitions, applications, and written submissions. His work also included legal research, compliance matters, client advisory, and appearances in court and mediation proceedings. He holds an LL.B. degree from Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida, and a B.Com. (Programme) degree from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Rishabh combines strong analytical skills with a practical understanding of litigation strategy and client handling. He is proficient in legal research tools and is fluent in English and Hindi.
