Mr. Gaurav Sarkar is an Advocate with over five years of experience across Criminal Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and Arbitration. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has previously worked with Shri S.V. Raju, Learned Additional Solicitor General of India, where he was involved in handling complex and high-stakes matters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Prevention of Corruption Act (PC Act), Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), NIA Act, and the DSPE Act. During his tenure, he assisted the Learned ASG in several high-profile prosecution matters, including the Arvind Kejriwal bail case, Manish Sisodia bail case, Chhattisgarh Liquor Scam, West Bengal Teacher Recruitment Scam, DHFL case, National Herald case, and other significant matters. At ASV Legal, Mr. Sarkar advises and represents clients in white-collar crime, bail matters, and RERA disputes, providing legal assistance across India.
