Ritika Gusain

Ritika Gusain is an experienced lawyer with a demonstrable history of handling high stake commercial litigation matters and is a graduate of the prestigious Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. She began her career by working as a Law Researcher at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, wherein she gained valuable exposure to a myriad range of matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, insolvency litigation and constitutional issues. She has also assisted in preparation of several reported Judgments during her tenure at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. After her stint as a Law Researcher, she has been practicing in dispute resolution with a focus on Insolvency and Commercial Litigation and disputes arising out of corporate governance. She has had the privilege of handling litigations on behalf of multiple High Net Worth Individuals, Giant Enterprises and several Prominent Companies. With her strong legal acumen combined with her experience of working closely with the Bench, she is able to advise clients with comprehensive strategies for favourable outcomes. She regularly appears and briefs distinguished Senior Advocates before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court and Tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT.
