Saloni Singh

Saloni Singh is an experienced Advocate with a strong background in legal research, litigation, and legal administration, specializing in matters under the SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy (RDB) Act, and commercial disputes. As a Senior Associate, she leads the DRT team, where she handles high-value cases involving financial recovery, insolvency, and enforcement of security interests. Her responsibilities include drafting and filing petitions before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, DRT and DRAT, briefing Senior Advocates, and representing clients in critical legal proceedings. She also plays a key role in client management and strategic planning, achieving results.
