Vaibhav Manu Srivastava

Vaibhav Manu Srivastava is the Founding Partner of ASV Legal LLP and an Advocate-on-Record before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. With over fifteen years of professional experience, he has established a well-regarded practice spanning litigation and advisory work across multiple legal domains.

A graduate of the University of Delhi, Mr. Srivastava has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2010. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and specialized tribunals, handling matters that require thorough legal analysis and effective courtroom advocacy.

Mr. Srivastava’s practice encompasses Service Law, Constitutional Law, Labour and Employment, Family and Matrimonial Law, Criminal Litigation, Consumer Protection, and Real Estate Law. His approach is characterized by careful attention to client objectives and a focus on practical, solution-oriented legal strategies.

Since July 2012, Mr. Srivastava has maintained an active practice before the Supreme Court of India. He is empanelled as Panel Advocate for the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), representing the organization before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and courts in Delhi. He also serves as Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, reflecting the institutional confidence reposed in his professional capabilities.

His litigation experience extends across the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and specialized forums including the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), National and State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and the erstwhile Company Law Board. His work has been cited in reported judgments published in legal journals, contributing to evolving legal jurisprudence in his areas of practice.

Mr. Srivastava plays an integral role in the leadership and development of ASV Legal LLP, combining courtroom proficiency with advisory expertise and a commitment to professional standards. He is actively involved in mentoring junior members of the Bar and fostering a culture of diligence and ethical practice within the firm.
