Muskaan Goel has been part of ASV Legal LLP since 2024. Her work focuses on Direct and Indirect Tax litigation, while also covering Real Estate, Arbitration, Consumer, and Civil Litigation matters. She regularly appears before the Delhi High Court and other High Courts across India, handling Income Tax and GST cases, and works closely with Senior Advocates on complex matters. Muskaan also represents clients before quasi-judicial forums such as Consumer Courts and RERA, and works for various government organizations represented by the our partners.
Muskaan is a graduate of the 2024 batch with B.B.A. L.LB., (Hons.) degree from OP Jindal Global University. She enjoys exploring art, cinema and painting in her free time.
