Bandita

Bandita is an Associate at ASV Legal LLP. She graduated in 2024 with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. Her practice focuses on commercial and regulatory litigation, with experience in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Intellectual Property, Insurance Law and Service Law. She has been involved in drafting, legal research and court appearances across multiple forums, assisting in both contentious proceedings and advisory work. Prior to joining ASV, Bandita was also appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, an engagement that underscores her strong analytical capabilities and precision in legal research.
