Ayushi Goyal brings hands-on experience in high-stakes disputes involving Arbitration and Commercial laws. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan since September 2023, she is an alumna of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, holding a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Rajasthan High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLAT, NCLT, District Courts and other foras representing clients in arbitration proceedings and, in commercial and contractual disputes. While maintaining a strong focus on sectors such as construction and energy, her practice is progressively expanding to encompass intellectual property laws and other emerging commercial concerns. She is committed to delivering effective, timely solutions tailored to the complexities of each case.
