Vaishnavi is an Associate at ASV Legal LLP. She has experience in both Litigation and Advisory matters, with a focused practice in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, and Commercial disputes. She has assisted and represented Public Sector Undertakings, Financial Institutions, Resolution Professionals, Bankruptcy Trustees, Corporate Entities, and Real Estate Developers. Her practice involves proceedings before the Supreme Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and National Company Law Tribunal as well as appearances before the High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Consumer forums, etc. She has been involved in complex insolvency matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
In addition to Corporate Restructuring, she has experience in Arbitration and Commercial disputes, including contractual claims, damages, and enforcement issues, as well as corporate matters under the Companies Act, 2013.
