Siddharth Kumar is an Associate at ASV Legal LLP and is part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has vast experience in matters pertaining to indirect taxation, commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings, and white-collar and regulatory litigation for multinational corporations, financial institutions, commercial entities, and high-net-worth individuals. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and is experienced in drafting and arguing writ petitions, appeals, special leave petitions, and bail and anticipatory bail applications. He is a graduate of O.P. Jindal Global University, where he completed his B.B.A. LL.B. in 2021.
